Era L. Marshall, Director, Office of Equal Employment and Minority Affairs

Era L. Marshall has been the director of the Office of Equal Employment and Minority Affairs at the Smithsonian Institution since September 1992. She has more than 30 years of hands-on experience in the development and implementation of equal employment opportunity policies, plans and programs.
